Growing The Lotus

This will be a day of inner journeys to self discovery and transformation. You will develop your spiritual growth through meditation, visualisation and other techniques.
 
Together we will invoke the the energies of Kuan Yin, Goddess of Mercy and Compassion to be present
 
You will engage with the energy of the Lotus flower to manifest and build your confidence, resilience and empowerment.
 
We will explore the powerful benefits of affirmations and mantras, and discover how to use words and sound to align with universal energy.
 
You will learn about mandalas and how to use them as a visual aid for meditation to further your inner journey of Self discovery.
 
You will engage with the energies of various crystals throughout the day and develop your knowledge of their individual qualities.
 
The day will be interactive, and you will have the opportunity to create your own personal mandala, and use it as a portal to meditate.
 
Together, we will create a safe space where there will be time to listen, share, and reflect within the group, and I would encourage you to bring a journal to make notes of experiences from your meditations etc. you may wish to make other notes as we go through the day.
 
There will be handouts explaining all the topics we cover that you can take away with you for reference.
 
You will be given a certificate of attendance at the end of the event.
 
You will have access to the crystals in my collection during the day to create your mandalas and if you wish to purchase any crystals from The Natural Crystal Collection, you will receive 10% discount.
