ENERGY HEALING WITH CRYSTAL THERAPY

WHAT IS CRYSTAL THERAPY AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Crystal therapy treats the human energy field and works on the the areas that need restoring to their natural rhythm. The treatment session is unique to each person receiving the therapy, and healing may occur on the emotional, mental, physical or spiritual level, and often on all or more than one level.
Crystals vibrate with energy just as the human body does. However, crystals vibrate at a different frequency and at a constant rate, unlike our energies, which are dynamic and constantly changing as they react to other energies.
Crystals are able to clear blockages in our energy system when they are placed on an energy point. This helps to balance the energies.
Crystals can absorb, direct and amplify energy and certain crystals can be programmed. Each type of crystal has its own healing qualities and this will depend on the crystalline structure, the colour, hardness, and where and how it was created.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A 1:1 THERAPY SESSION
During a treatment I will lay crystals on various parts of the body and around the body. It is not invasive and you remain fully clothed. I may include meditative techniques if appropriate. A full therapy session usually lasts between 1.5 - 2hrs. The effect of crystal therapy can be instant, but often the effects are very subtle and changes can take place over several days or sometimes much longer.
TREATMENTS
Full Therapy Treatment - £50 / £40 (1.5 - 2hrs)
An initial treatment will include a consultation. This will be followed by a full chakra balance and energy assessment. A further healing technique will follow, depending on the result of the assessment. At the end of the treatment advice on self care will be offered.
Follow on full therapy treatments will focus on individual requirements and may include deep inner healing. The session could include guided meditations, shamanic journeying, and other appropriate healing techniques.
Chakra Balance - £25 (1hr)
A brief consultation followed by a full chakra balance and energy assessment. Advice on self care will be offered.
Remote Healing - £40 / £35
The initial consultation will be carried out via FaceTime / Skype / messenger. or if preferred, by phone or via email. A remote healing will follow, and full details of the healing assessment will be sent by email. Client feedback can be done via FaceTime / Skype / messenger, phone or email. Follow on remote healing treatments may included guided meditations and other techniques.
1:1 Session - Self discovery & Personal Development - £40 +
These sessions are based on personal requests and are aimed at those who are familiar with doing energy work, and would like to have support to develop their knowledge and experience and explore crystal energies further for personal development and self discovery.

GROUP SESSIONS
Crystal Wisdom Group - 2hr session - £10 (dates to be confirmed)
These sessions will be held in my therapy room in mid Wales, or possibly outside in nature if the weather permits. We will focus on exploring different crystal energies. Numbers will be limited to four people per group session.
