This water clear Galactic Quartz from Zambia is full of light. There are some internal mirror inclusions that create stunning rainbow flashes. On two faces there are spots of an unidentified mineral, which has a metallic look, and I’m inclined to think it’s hematite. The two together on one face have the appearance of tear drops. Rugged on two sides due to growth interference, there are two keys, one quite deep and a nice fit for a thumb. At the base is a horizontal baby lying on a ‘ledge’. The Quartz is free standing at an angle. There are several etchings, including some triangles on the surface. A lovely specimen and ideal for connecting to other realms and dimensions through meditation.

Galactic quartz comes from Zambia. It has similar qualities as other quartz with some extra features. Galactic quartz has external geometric and other etchings, glyphs, dots and striations on one or more of its sides. Internally they all have rainbows. Galactic quartz also displays other common features often found in quartz, such as portals and keys, along with the usual variety of forms and structures, such as twins, clusters, double terminations etc.
