This rare ajoite and malachite included Quartz is from the Messina copper mines, South Africa. There are small patches and spots of ajoite amidst the malachite, and there is also some presence of cuprite.  A nice tactile palm size piece and an unusual Quartz to add to a collection. Ideal for healing therapies.
