This large stunning smokey quartz tessin wand has fabulous growth formation and is gorgeous to hold and very tactile. The wand tapers to a nice point at the tip. There is a fine coating of quartz grain on the smooth surface, with black tourmaline scattered about, and some small patches of mica schist. The wand is almost sceptre like with the primary layers of smokey quartz showing at the base with later layers forming over the top of this. There are some horizontal ridges near the tip. A serious collector’s specimen.
